Bounty Hunter in World of Warcraft

So, this is my idea, i know it's been tossed around before but I think it would be an interesting way to liven up some world PvP.


Basic Rules:

A "day" starts at 10:00 am server time and ends at 10:00 pm server time.
Opt-in system: 100g 1 time buy in.
Level 70 only
2 roles, Bounty Hunters and Marks

Shattrath is the only "safe" town, though you will not accumulate honor if you are the mark in there.
You will be hunting marks from the opposing faction, not your own.

Bounty Hunters:

Bounty Hunters have the blessings of all towns/villages to pursue their prey within their walls.
In other words neutral guards will not aggro bounty hunters who attack marks in town.
10 players per day per faction are chosen as marks. The rest of the participants are Bounty Hunters.
2,000 Honor reward for killing a mark (max of 20,000 honor if 1 person kills all 10 marks solo; Maybe a bonus item for doing that) split amoungst the people in your group participating
If people are in your group and are not also Bounty Hunters then you still get the reduced honor but they would get normal honor for a normal kill.
Anyone hitting your mark or healing you counts as a participant whether they are Bounty Hunters also or not.
Bounty Hunters will have an indicator over their head to show they are a hunter, only other hunters and marks will be able to see it.


Marks:

Once you are a mark you are safe for 48 hours, meaning you will not be a mark again for 48 hours.
You will be notified on first login for a given day that you are a Wanted man/woman.
You can accept or refuse: Accepting is obvious, you are now marked for death; Refusing opts you out of the game for 24 hours (Meaning you cannot hunt other marks for credit)
You must log at least 2 hours of play on a day where you are the Mark to recieve any bonus honor.
To gain honor you must remain in conested territory, the longer you stay in contested territory the more honor you get
Honor is ticked in 15 minute increments:
15 minutes = 10 honor
15-30 = 20 honor
30-45 = 30 honor
45 - 1hr = 40 honor
Every tick after the first hour is now +55 honor.
So once you have been in contested territory for an hour and stay there you gain 55 honor per 15 minutes.
You gain 100 honor for killing a Bounty Hunter but only get that bonus on the first kill, so you can kill multiple bounty hunters for the bonus but not the same bounty hunter more than once.


In theory if you were marked and logged on right at start time you could gain 100 honor for the first hour + 1980 honor if you stayed online and alive for 9 hours more.

If you leave contested territory by: entering an instance/BG, taking a flight point, entering shattrath or Dying your honor counter starts again at +5 etc.
(You do not lose honor you just gain it slower again until the first hour is up again)

Honor gain freezes while on your flying mount, it does not reset the timer, it simply pauses it. This is to prevent people from just flying real high in a contested area.

Obviously there is some room for improvement, but I thought this covered the main ideas I was trying to get accross.

Any players with the names leeland, dog, or beth are immediately excluded. :P
