Do the Horde races make sense? (in Lore)

I play Alliance, but i have had a few lvl 20 alts on Horde side prior to TBC.

Please dont think im trying to upset anyone with what im about to say, after all this is a game and if Blizzard chooses to emphasise game-play over Lore then i think that, with thier track record, they know best.

However the logical consistency of a Fantasy World is very important to me as i dont think i can immerse myself in the world if i dont think it makes any sense, if it feels jarring to me i end up being annoyyed at the little things rather than simply enjoying the ride.

A New Age of PvP with Wrath of the Lich King

Now, everyone seems to be requesting more PvP, and it looks as if with WotLK Blizzard will add a little more, so i just wanted to throw in my idea for a new PvP

First, i would like to see City Raids upgraded, for instance it would be nice if you could raid a city and get better loot, and honor. One way i think they could do this is, they make it so that when a group attacks the city, they get honor (only applicable to Major Cities : SW, Darn, Org, TB, Undercity, SMC, Exodar, IF) for killing guards, and all people in the city, including vendors/lowbies (lowbies giving Very VERY little honor but some, Vendors being made harder to kill with a Guard protecting them, not as much Honor, but a little). Also quests for the killing of people in the city would be cool. So when the grp gets near enough to the city it auto-sends a message to the leader of raid asking if its a raiding party, if the leader clicks yes all the players in the city get a quick message asking if they want to switch to PvP or not, once they answer they can not change to the other. Also, for every person killed all the grp gets a small amount of honor or maybe 1 token.

New WoW festival: Gankfest

I play on a PvP server and I love it. I got ganked countless times and I wished sometimes I would have rolled PvE but in the end I'm glad I play PvP.

I'm lvl 70 and 90% of the time running around with 4 other 70 I've been leveling with since day one. Obviously we're not easy target for wanna be ganker.

Now to my point. Why in the hell did Blizzard made the new festival event in moonglade? Only been playing for 10 months so it's the first time I see this festival but isn't kinda stupid to put it in a contested zone?

Bounty Hunter in World of Warcraft

So, this is my idea, i know it's been tossed around before but I think it would be an interesting way to liven up some world PvP.

Basic Rules:

A "day" starts at 10:00 am server time and ends at 10:00 pm server time.
Opt-in system: 100g 1 time buy in.
Level 70 only
2 roles, Bounty Hunters and Marks
Played in outland only.
Global channel Announces when a mark logs in/out also when they change zones via flight point. (think of this as having to stay off the radar so avoid public transportation)
Informants within a zone will give hints ... for a price.
Shattrath is the only "safe" town, though you will not accumulate honor if you are the mark in there.
You will be hunting marks from the opposing faction, not your own.
